The Vibe - This classic from the North of Italy is a delicious sparkler with aromatic ripe pear flavours on the nose followed by a crisp palate of succulent apple and yellow fruits. Gently foamy with crisp and delicate finish. Drink on it's own, or in true venetian style, as a Bellini. This bottle would suit well as a gathering wine, or celebration like weddings and birthdays. Works well with shellfish and oysters.
