The Vibe - We Stock a range of Intellego wines as we believe its some of the most dynamic wines to come from South Africa. This Syrah is made in the style of Cote Rotie, where the grower spent many years before moving to South Africa. Expect a gamey, animal quality, with young brambles and leather mid palette. An undercurrent of sweet wood spice and fresh cut roses. Finishes with a plum jam and lingering stone fruits. Ideal with stews or most game meats like Oxtail and mash. This is a quality syrah at a fraction of the price of Cote Rotie, but equal quality.
