Friends Would Say: This wine is like a well presented turned out individual. The label is on point and so is the juice in the bottle. Like a dreamy english meadow this bottle delivers on both perfume scents and ripe red fruits. It has a lingering candid fruit finishes uplifted by a ripping lively acidity.
The First Date: God forbid we should drink English wine in England! Well here you have it folks, our very own home grown juice. You’ll probably want to surprise your guest with this one, maybe a blind tasting? See if they can guess if its English or not, I suspect they will be in for a pleasant surprise!
The Banter: This English wine has cold maceration for 24 hours. Gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tank with indigenous yeasts. Temperature kept below 20 degrees. A mix full of ripe summer red berries, an appealing fusion of crisp acidity, ripe strawberry and raspberry flavours. Limited to 1,000 bottles. Perfect with sea trout with cucumber, sushi, goats cheese. Drink cold in the sunshine! Or as a starter to a boozy dinner.
