Friends Would Say: A happy and all round loving chappy! This pink rose from world renowned Judith Beck is just what the doctor ordered when you want a fresh, cold, biodynamic wine. Has a good structure to this wine, he knows how to hold himself, feels fuller in the mouth than most rose, with a crunchy red apple texture. On the palette expect an austere freshness making way for some lovely natural yeasty flavours, with stemmy and unripe cherry notes. Finishes with a vibrant refreshing length.
The First Date: You want to impress right?! Take this bad boy to the party or date and act all smug because you were the one who found a rose that wasn't samey samey, this Rose has clout and is on point! Well done you.
The Banter: Judith Beck wines have long been a main stay for SHED fans, her “Pink” rose has some mild yeast fermentation in steel casks. You should certainly buy this wine as quick as humanly possible as every year it vanishes quicker than you can say, 'I'll have a Rose please.' The wine maker is renowned for her 0/0 approach to making as little intervention into the wines as possible, no added and nothing taken away. A fun and light aperitif wine that will raise some eyebrows for the run of mill provence rose drinkers, delicious.
